Responsibility
- any other duties as reasonably required by the Administrator
- support recruitment process and staff onboarding
- have experience of maintaining an orderly filing system
- you will support core staff to use necessary systems. You will support good governance and continuous improvement across the organisation
- coordinate and schedule internal meetings
- participate in agreed Quality Projects as required across the organisation
- support senior staff to implement systems effectively
- respond to and maintain contact with other Care & Support staff and other professionals, signposting as relevant
