Responsibility
- develop financial forecasting capability ensuring the company is on track to achieve financial objectives and making recommendations where action is required
- supporting the front line team with proposals, project pricing and profitability management
- develop board reporting including timely and accurate production of the management accounts reports each month
- key balance sheet reconciliations
- developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and making strategic decisions based on that analysis
- work with the Executive Board to upweight internal KPI reporting and to develop the MI around the key strategic initiatives, developing KPI trends
- managing a small finance team
