Responsibility
- to manage contracts in the London area, contracts ranging in size from 1 to 10 cleaners/supervisors
- liaise with Customers proactively obtaining feedback
- contracts are cleaned early morning, daytimes, afternoons, and evenings

- translate any areas of concern to cleaning staff with corrective actions in place
- regular contact with supervisor/relief cleaners
- manage cleaners, assessing performance
- monitoring staffing levels
- recruitment within area
- work closely with the Senior managers to help ensure timely completion of complaints and prevent escalation
- producing 4-weekly wage returns to set budget
- to assist the Director in ensuring training are taking place to the highest possible standards and clients reports accordingly
- producing monthly stores orders to budget
- support the preparation of implementation to new contracts and upddate of information data
- support with all other administrative functions including liaison with finance, HR, Purchase Orders, circulation of papers to ensure the smooth running of the functions
- swiftly rectify any customer concerns maintaining client satisfaction
- on site induction training and any other training required following changes in legislation
- be part of the training for Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives online
- respect the confidential nature of all telephone calls and correspondence and maintain confidentiality of all information handled, staff personnel files, financial information and development work
- implementing and reequesting enhanced DBS checks for all new staff where required
- managing periodic works as part of the team including hands of the job when needed
- support the Director of Operations to include but not limited to: diary management; point of contact for internal and external calls and accurate relay of associated messages; screen calls and visitors as appropriate; management of correspondence and e-mails; co-ordination of electronic diary; raising timely action points; well presented data reports, and other documentation as required

Requirements
- educated to A level standard or similar
- business and management principles and practices
- office administrative procedures
