Responsibility
- maintain effective relationships with Leadec operatives and contractors, ensuring work is delivered consistently on time and to a high standard
- complete tasks to schedule and maintenance record keeping using digital task management system
- support inspections by insurers or other representatives of landlord organisations as required
- the maintenance technician willensure that scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard to improve the efficiency and condition of the buildings and essential services

- active participation in proof-of-concept trial and implementation of new technologies to improve maintenance and FM operations
- assist the facilities management team in maintaining statutory compliance through undertaking routine checks and maintenance tasks, or facilitating maintenance or inspections by third parties such as contractors or consultants
- collect utilities consumption data and report to facilities management team
