  • windows desktop and windows server

Responsibility

  • manage all new customer onboarding projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • provide guidance and advise to internal sales team and customers
  • identify potential problems with the project and lead the discussion into developing solutions and ensuring that they are implemented
  • deployment of Microsoft 365 Exchange and SharePoint, as well as other tools
  • manage all projects effectively to ensure that customers are kept up to date with progress
  • deliver training to internal sales teams and customers
  • implementation of a wide range of projects in line with specifications in order to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met, and that systems are fully secure
  • continually research, design and implement best practices across internal and managed customer environments
