to actively support other departments and act when assistance is needed
to ensure that your team are aware of hotel availability and take every opportunity to maximise room sales. To increase room revenue by managing effectiveness of room category upselling
oversee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
ensure that the team are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards
Requirements
review guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement
communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups and other key guests
lead marketing efforts to upsell guests on hotel services, offerings and amenities
about you
establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Respond to guest’s complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
minimum 1-2 year’s hotel management experience within the London market
keen ability to analyse performance metrics
know how to set and manage a budget to achieve optimal returns
