Responsibility

  • contributing to and executing the sales strategy for the Tech Business Development Team
  • hitting individual and sub team sales target
  • developing and maintaining key relationships with tech customers and new large prospective customers
  • working in conjunction with operational teams to ensure five-star customer experience
  • creating and implementing core processes with the team and wider business
  • responsible for your own lead generation and contribution of ideas for inbound marketing leads
  • contributing to performance forecasting and budget planning
  • help to manage, mentor and develop a small team of BDMs and BDEs – ensure productive and efficient pipeline creation and conversion
