- we are looking for a motivated and intelligent individual with a high work ethic and a strong attention to detail, who can take pride in cleaning properties to a high standard and ensuring that our properties are always well maintained as our short-term guests check in and out every few days
- in addition to cleaning, this can include re-organising, basic repair work and/or buying replacement items for the properties with a company provided expense card
- we manage around 20 properties in the Central London area on a short-let basis, and as such the successful candidate would have to be flexible with their working days and hours
- the ideal candidate would be willing to work to the weekly schedule required each week based on our guests check in's and check out's
- this does mean that days off on Weekends are very unlikely, with day/s off tending more commonly to be mid-week days when there are less guests arriving and leaving
