Responsibility

  • design, delivery, and facilitation of training courses and induction programmes which support continuous development of specialist areas. These may be in relation to care skills, or general personal learning and development
  • create and access opportunities for staff to work towards and accomplish further relevant qualifications, including QCFs and Apprenticeships, and support staff through their completion alongside their line manager
  • create an environment which encourages a positive learning culture which includes effective teamwork, sharing of best practices, driving innovation, and continuing improvement across all business areas
  • coordinate, and collaborate on, projects relating to the Company’s overriding learning & development strategies which will support the company’s objectives for quality, development, and expansion
  • coordination of the Company’s Training Needs Analysis, to include all roles within the Company, and creating enrolment plans for the required courses
  • monitor overall training compliance within the Department, with a view to actively improving and maintaining levels, and liaising with staff around individual training requirements
  • adhere to all policies and procedures implemented by the Company
