Responsibility
- reporting to the Operations Supervisor to effectively undertake all tasks & operations associated with production activities
- primary tasks include assisting with the operation of production lines and packing areas
- show competence in tasks following supervised training to allow for limited supervision where necessary
- to ensure the cleaning schedules are completed to the standard required
- to follow approved written Standard Operating Procedures for each area worked in
- to ensure all CCPs and CPs are understood and completed and the appropriate corrective actions and communication occurs when a problem arises
- ensure that all plant and equipment is operated to comply with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding Work, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards
- to ensure all relevant documents are completed accurately in the agreed timescale and ensure the appropriate communication occurs when a non-conformance arises
