Responsibility
- take ownership of IT infrastructure and business-critical systems, working with 3rd parties as required
- take the lead on data security
- assist in the management of IT throughout the business. Proactively resolve problems and complete user requests in a timely manner
- understand business needs and develop solutions in line with business strategy, available technology and best practice
- onboard and build strong working relationships with third party agencies and specialists and vendors
- participate in IT strategy, budgeting and resource management. Develop strong working relationships with the Lazy Susan leadership team across all functions
- assist in ensuring critical systems are stable and supported, including web/ecommerce platforms, ERP and other operational systems and integrations, Business Intelligence platforms and reports
- acquire, cleanse, manipulate, store and retrieve data from a wide range of sources using appropriate tools and / or coding as required
Requirements
- highly numerate with a strong technical background
- google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform
- E-commerce platforms
- motivated to help where needed
- odoo ERP
- creative problem solver with the ability to confidently prioritise and deliver
- big Query and Looker Studio
- good blend of people skills, technical / functional skills, and knowledge
