the role will involve providing support to the different functions within the office
the functions are Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics & Finance

process and update systems with Sales Orders
dealing with Customer Service enquiries by phone and email
liaise with suppliers & maintain stock levels
plan and arrange the delivery of customer products
Requirements
previous experience within a similar admin role would be desirable
experience with using multiple IT systems
experience of SAGE would be advantageous
good communicator with good customer service skills and telephone manner
administrative: 1 year
