Responsibility
- you will have at least 3-4 years of residential conveyancing experience and should be able to work well under minimal supervision
- the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of conveyancing law and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills
- prepare and review legal documents relating to the transfer of property
- the Conveyancer will also be required to ensure that all documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- conduct legal research into the title of a property
- advise clients on the legal implications of their transactions
- negotiate and draft contracts and other documents
- we are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team and run own caseload of general good quality residential conveyancing work
