- whilst full training will be provided, previous experience in collections or credit control will be an advantage
- must be comfortable with collecting payments, arranging payment plans, spotting and managing customer vulnerabilities on in/outbound calls and email
- must have customer service experience
- be able to demonstrate empathy and be able defuse potential conflict
