Responsibility
- operate excavator equipment to dig and move earth, rock, and other materials
- safely and efficiently operate the excavator in accordance with company policies and procedures
- perform routine maintenance on the excavator, such as checking fluid levels and greasing components
- follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate excavation and grading
- collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- proven experience operating an excavator or similar heavy equipment
- strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on the equipment
- ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise excavation work
- physical stamina to withstand long hours of sitting and operating heavy machinery
- strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in excavation and grading work
- dumper: 1 year
