- to ensure the nursery is kept clean and hygienic
- ensuring the companies medicine procedures are adhered to
- daily contact with parents, ensuring all parents are fully informed about their child’s progress and given due regard to their concerns and questions, under guidance from your line manager
- remaining vigilant and notifying any significant problems as they arise to the supervisor
- to maintain confidentiality, not to disclose information about children, parents and staff and to understand which circumstances warrant confidentiality to be broken, with reference to company policy and procedure
- to notify your line manager of any significant problems as they arise
- to accurately and effectively complete children’s development records, under guidance from your line manager
