Responsibility

  • completing staff timesheets and scheduling payroll
  • preparing payment for residents invoices and monitoring receipt of all fees paid
  • administration of contracts and any other relevant documentation for all residents
  • managing HR and staff contracts in the Home in line with Regulations
  • communication and letter writing to Local Authorities and families
  • minute taking of all meetings
  • any other Administrative tasks which the Manager may request
  • the role will be mainly based in the Laurels but may also require remote support over our other Homes in North Walsham up to 1 day /week

Requirements

  • minimum of 12 months experience in a busy admin office
  • IT literate
  • good communication skills at all levels
  • NVQ2 Business Administration or equivalent desirable
  • administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year
