- to undertake/facilitate reviews of customers’ needs/requirements in accordance with guidelines

- provide regular reports to the Registered Manager on the performance of the business Objectives To grow the business from 2 to 40 clients over a two-year period
- to manage the office on a day to day basis and manage the team To have a strong retention rate of the care professionals
- manage and take on-call duties as part of a team on a rota basis
- coordinate holiday requests and schedule cover as required
- organizing regular staff meetings
- creating MAR charts Liaising with the audit team and monitoring services provided
