Responsibility
the Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Lavamac Ltd office
this individual will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to the President and Vice President
this position will also assist in the development of new projects and manage the coordination of projects from inception to completion
this role will work closely with the Executive Director and Executive Assistant to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and timely
maintain calendar and expense logs; prepare reports as needed
manage contracts for existing clients as needed
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
