  • on very busy periods finishing time could be later than 11.00 PM as the work load would be greater
  • to help with the finishing of handmade desserts. Catering experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Duties include, finishing desserts, washing up, cleaning down
  • working days: Monday/Thursday/Friday
  • working days: Wednesday/Friday
  • stat time: 5.00 PM
  • finishing time: 9.00/11.00 PM
  • the successful candidate would also be expected to cover holidays for their colleagues on Wednesday as and when needed but plenty of notice would be given
