  • previous role in large or busy venues to help implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and streamline our processes

Responsibility

  • ability to deal with any complaints or queries from guests
  • help with marketing of non-wedding events and creation of new packages to increase revenue
  • responsible for client meetings in the build up to the wedding day
