- answer calls, receive and process customer enquiries and orders
- your duties will include taking sales calls, greeting visitors & communicating via email
- provide support with monitoring sales email inbox
- keep on top of sales email inbox
- liaise with all other departments to provide customers with accurate information to customers

Requirements
- minimum 5 GCSE’s at grade C/Grade 4 or above
- excellent attention to detail
- experience using sales CRM tools is advantageous
- comfortable with using Instagram, Pinterest & Facebook
- strong analytical, numerical skills & IT skills
- basic marketing experience or interest
- excellent communication skills
- at least 6 months customer service experience
