- check emails and forward enquiries to relevant team members
- read newsletters, bulletins & email updates from other organisations and highlight points of interest
- manage product orders from the LODC website and keep stock list up to date
- locate and book suitable studio spaces for courses
- organise travel and accommodation arrangements for course leaders for external courses
- prepare resources and materials for courses, and be present at courses to ensure needs are met
- create, distribute and collect evaluation forms for course participants, and collate feedback to share with course leaders and senior management
- assist the Courses and Examinations Director with administrative tasks involved with our NCFE accredited awards
