Requirements

- numeracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail

- to read and understand architectural drawings and technical specifications
- to take site measurements with simple surveying equipment
- a good telephone manner and clear communication
- clean driving licence
- the ideal candidate should be educated to a minimum level of HND in Computer Aided Draughting & Design and offer at least two years’ experience in an architectural, engineering or construction related industry
