Responsibility

  • prepare Sales invoices, while checking our CRM systems to ensure accurate pricing
  • code and process Purchase invoices
  • credit control and Debtor management
  • maintain Ledger accounts and dispute management
  • update, maintain and reconcile company systems and databases
  • produce required management reports
  • other ad hoc duties to assist the accounts department
