Responsibility
- create New Customer Records and Maintain Customer Record System
- online Banking - Daily match and post receipts to customer invoices
- credit Card – Receipts daily match and post receipts to customer invoices
- create and issue customer credit notes as agreed with the Financial Controller
- process Customer Stage Payments and Pro-forma’s efficiently
- daily raise and submit sales invoices to customers using either Email or customer Portals. Including International Invoicing with Customs Declarations, weights and measurements
- obtain customer credit ratings from credit rating agency and update Customer card
- 11. Bring overdue sales invoices to the attention of the Financial Controller, refer case to debt recovery services as agreed / necessary
Requirements
- a) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- b) A polite telephone manner with a professional positive attitude
- experience in the use of MS Dynamics Navision would be an advantage
- CV and Personal Statement to be sent with the application
- bookkeeping: 3 years
- credit control: 3 years
- c) Well organised with a structured / planned approach to setting weekly / monthly tasks, monitoring progress / completion, communicating the plan / progress to the Financial Controller
