Responsibility

  • \* New Business development by engaging with new and existing customers, building relationships and following sales leads through to successful completion
  • \* Act as an ambassador, demonstrating knowledge of our product to customers
  • \* Keep up to date with the platform and help influence new features
  • \* Cultivate strong business relationships with key customer decision makers
  • \* Give accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective and existing customers
  • \* Generate new leads through a combination of methods including proactive calling, direct marketing and networking to maintain a healthy pipeline of interested customers
  • \* Manage enquiries with our sales team ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered via consultative selling and that set processes are adhered to
  • \* Manage the business development process, from receipt of enquiry through to quoting within our CRM system including preparing, sending and presenting sales quotations
