Responsibility
\* New Business development by engaging with new and existing customers, building relationships and following sales leads through to successful completion
\* Act as an ambassador, demonstrating knowledge of our product to customers
\* Keep up to date with the platform and help influence new features
\* Cultivate strong business relationships with key customer decision makers
\* Give accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective and existing customers
\* Generate new leads through a combination of methods including proactive calling, direct marketing and networking to maintain a healthy pipeline of interested customers
\* Manage enquiries with our sales team ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered via consultative selling and that set processes are adhered to
\* Manage the business development process, from receipt of enquiry through to quoting within our CRM system including preparing, sending and presenting sales quotations
