Requirements
- passion for Horticulture & Working Outdoors
- great communication skills and customer service
- UK driving licence
- trailer driving experience
- minimum of 1 year's Grounds Maintenance experience
- PA1 & PA6 spraying license
- grounds Maintenance: 1 year
Responsibility
- you will be required to ensure that all sites and external areas are maintained to an exceptional standard
- general ground maintenance duties using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery including ride-on mowers, hedge cutters and brush cutters
- working from our Kislingbury, Northampton Site
- you will need to be able to tow a trailer and lead a small team to complete grounds maintenance at local schools & commercial sites
- your main duties will include grass cutting, hedge cutting, sports line-marking, border maintenance, winter gritting, leaf clearance
- this is based on a rotating roster , Tuesday - Friday followed by Monday - Saturday
