Responsibility
- encouraging customers to use our E-commerce site through phone calls and email marketing
- handling customer enquiries in a polite and timely manner via phone or email
- carrying out website administration where necessary
- general duties as required by the needs of the business
- carrying out daily operations including customer order processing, customer liaison from order to delivery, tracking orders via our pallet networks, account monitoring and administrative duties as required
Requirements

- you need to be highly motivated and action orientated with a keen eye for opportunities and detail
- you will be a natural people person. We want someone who is assertive, not afraid to pick up the phone and has a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- we are a small team and we love people who roll up their sleeves and can adapt in a fast-paced environment as needed and cope with working under pressure when required
- we need someone who can multi-task, who understands the importance of attention to detail as well as being able to prioritise your workload
