- the Landing Place is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Bognor Regis
- use the correct processes and equipment for specific tasks as agreed with the Head Chef
- direct team and be a focal point for the kitchen brigade to problem solve
- we are a professional, innovative, fast-paced brand new restaurant and our goal is to provide good quality fresh responsibly sourced food in a beautiful setting
- be open to change and drive processes, embrace changes as agreed with Leaders
- monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
- work to provide a professional level of service, to create inspiring environments and be instrumental in motivating, coaching and developing all the team
- ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size, and temperature
- so while we serve up deliciously diverse dishes with the tide, we also value a harmonious work-life experience, making sure our crew loves their job as much as they love their time off
