  • A good understanding of colour matching and mixing
  • knowledge and ability to control quality processes needed to spray consistent finishes across multi-phased projects
  • working knowledge of surface preparation techniques within a bespoke Joinery environment
  • part of the role will also including de-nibbing and prepping doors/panels in between coats of paint/lacquer
