Responsibility
- land restaurant is seeking an experienced, dedicated and hard-working Sommelier to join the team
- you will be required to present a selection of natural wines off of our carefully curated drinks menu
- we are a small, 22 cover, independent restaurant in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about both; wine and fresh produce
- to our diners, ensuring they walk away with acquired knowledge about the wine/s they have drank throughout their meal with us
- the restaurant can become fast-paced, therefore you will be required to have strong organisational and communication skills, to ensure you assist the Manager and other members of the team, with a smooth run of service
- we do offer wine pairings with our 8-9 course tasting menus, it will be your responsibility to work closely with the Manager to carefully select a wine that would accompany each dish, making the dining experience one to remember
