Responsibility
the post holder is required to support and encourage the School’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures as agreed by the governing body
ensure the delivery of an effective IT help desk. Answering queries from staff, pupils and parents and escalating queries to the Head of ICT or external support as necessary
the post holder may be required to perform any other reasonable tasks after consultation
project Work
to undertake other duties of an appropriate nature as may be reasonably required by the Head of ICT
provide training to fellow team members on project rollouts, latest technologies, and assist with their development
