LANCASTER BID is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • working with the BID Manager with all tasks relating to events, marketing, building footfall and the promotion of Lancaster
  • work with the BID Manager to co-ordinate a high quality events programme annually
  • provide cover for the relevant aspects of the BID Manager Role during periods of absence or unusually high workload
  • provide administrative support to all events such as ESAG applications and meetings
  • ensure that the marketing of BID’s work and identity is strong, clear and consistent
  • help maintain BID databases including relevant levy Payer information
  • provide BID Presence at BID events when required
  • assist the BID Manager to improve communication between providers and users of city centre services through engagement
