Responsibility

  • 40 Hours per Week over 5 Days
  • an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join a strong team at The Lancashire Manor Hotel. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and banqueting in the head chefs absence to a high standard
  • ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and service on a day to day basis in the absence of the head chef
