the Hospitality Team at Lancashire FA deliver to a high standard to ensure customers remain highly satisfied during their experiences at our first-class facilities, with all income generated here providing vital funds to support development and growth of football in Lancashire
high attention to detail and strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on delivery, are vital in this role
we are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to manage, develop and oversee delivery of our conference and events business, 3G facility, café, as well as the full match day experience
this position is full-time, working 35 hours a week on a rota basis, with some evening and weekend commitments, and is based at Lancashire FA
the ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, within food and beverage operations, and the ability and skills to commit to the highest standards of customer service and strict adherence to all legislative and health and safety requirements
they would be able to demonstrate an in depth understanding of the conference and events sector, whilst experience of 3G pitches, hospitality and fixtures would be advantageous
as a skilled people manager, the Facilities Manager sets the standards within the department, motivating, managing and training staff to meet the requirements
