Responsibility

  • plan and execute all digital marketing
  • website management
  • working closely with external web developer to implement changes that enhance customer experience and improve web conversion
  • work with digital marketing agency to implement SEO recommendations
  • produce content, including video, to be used on website, social channels and paid search & social campaigns
  • creating and executing email campaigns, including building emails from templates, asset coordination, sign-off and scheduling
  • management of automated workflows in CRM system
  • review campaign analytics, suggesting ways to increase engagement and repeat business

Requirements

  • 2-3 years digital marketing experience
  • proven video creation and editing experience
  • graphic design experience
  • solid experience of the full Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong working knowledge of CMS systems, ideally WordPress
  • experience of CRM system management and a good understanding of email automation/workflows
  • experience of working with email platforms, ideally Mailchimp
  • digital marketing: 2 years
