- main tasks include
- deputising for the Store Manager, during days off and holidays
- lakeland Leather are looking for a Retail Supervisor for our branch on Lake Road in Keswick - It's one of flagship stores and was renovated just last year
- opening up and closing the store
- you'll be required to assist the Store Manager to motivate and train the team whilst ensuring sales opportunities and store profitability are maximised
- helping to manage and motivate the team to maximise sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
