Responsibility

  • main tasks include
  • deputising for the Store Manager, during days off and holidays
  • lakeland Leather are looking for a Retail Supervisor for our branch on Lake Road in Keswick - It's one of flagship stores and was renovated just last year
  • opening up and closing the store
  • you'll be required to assist the Store Manager to motivate and train the team whilst ensuring sales opportunities and store profitability are maximised
  • helping to manage and motivate the team to maximise sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • if you love fashion retailing this opportunity in a growing business could be perfect for you
  • some retail experience is required but just as important is a positive outlook and a can-do attitude; we love to employ people who can take ownership of issues and deal with them
