  • we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the HR Business Partner
  • serving clients for over 30 years we are the chosen provider of independent sector healthcare market data to the UK Government’s Office for National Statistics
  • as HR Business Partner, you will join our talented teams and play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth through performance
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality operational and strategic support and advice to senior leaders within the business
  • the HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and Managing Director to drive organizational performance and transformation, developing and implementing HR processes and activities including people and leadership development

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in HR or Employment law
  • proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice in HR including employment law and compliance requirements
  • demonstrable success in effectively coaching employees and management through complex HR issues and case management
  • partner with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
  • MCIPD or FCIPD
  • design talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs of the business
  • strong generalist HR experience at senior level
  • exceptional consultation, negotiation, mediation, communication, and presentation skills
