Responsibility

  • preparation of major prime cost estimates
  • ensuring all bids are subject to adjudication
  • commercial Analysis of sub-contractor quotations
  • advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin
  • successful post tender negotiations
  • assist on large/ complex projects or take overall responsibility for estimating function on less complex bids
  • ensure consistent preparation and compliance of the mandatory 'Executive Dashboards' and 'EFA' sheets for all bids
  • provide estimating support in pre-bid submissions/pre-qualification documents
