  • part Time Customer Service Assistant
  • we are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to work along side our current team member
  • previous experience would be beneficial however full training will be provided
  • you must do flexable as hours include weekend working.You must have good communication skills, a friendly attitude and a can-do approach to the job
  • the position is primarily a weekend position, however a degree of flexibility will be required to cover shifts during the week for holidays/sickness
  • the Customer service position is based at our Macmerry Self Storage facility and the successful applicant will work from the company’s reception/operations office
  • the duties will include
  • providing tours around the facility to potential Customers

  • the successful application will be competent on all software required to run the facility
  • accurate data input using our in-house database package called Space Manager
  • retail sales: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
