Responsibility

  • maintaining relationships with suppliers, including monitoring compliance and audits
  • follow individual client requirements for made-to-order development and production
  • formulate and propose planning and spend by analysing past, current, future and proposed season ranges and producing analysis to support them
  • working proactively in a flexible environment
  • report directly to Senior Management including directors to give updates on pricing, deliveries and production status
  • maintaining the Critical Path and regularly communicating with suppliers to ensure that we meet each key date in the trading calendar and the product runs on time
  • raising of Purchase Orders, including price negotiations and ensuring the internal systems are up to date • Working within the wider supply chain management team including with compliance manager
