Responsibility
main Tasks & Responsibilities
processing all sales orders & update customers on product availability
handle all customer queries regarding orders, proof of delivery, and delivery exceptions
liaise with production to ensure timely despatch of orders
provide support to the warehouse with domestic and international shipments
the Customer Service Co-Ordinator’s main responsibility would be developing and building customer relationships and in turn, liaising with production to ensure that customer expectations are met
monitor production schedule and identify areas of concern with regards to capacity and/or lateness of raw materials
reporting directly to the Operations Director, this would be a varied role and the right candidate would enjoy working as part of a small dynamic team but have responsibility for the throughput of sales
Requirements
previous experience in an office-based customer service role
experience in using Sage Line 50 or a similar platform
strong problem-solving skills
excellent attention to detail
excellent communication skills
