Responsibility
- raise and proactively follow up print estimates
- process print jobs, ensuring accurate and complete information and specification details are given to the Production team
- ensure the customer is made aware of additional or amended costs in a timely fashion and the system is updated
- respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits
- own and project manage any customer print projects or complaints with other areas of the business
- maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
- liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
- attend training when required to develop relevant knowledge and skills
