Responsibility

  • supply Chain
  • overall responsibility for the warehouse & logistics operation, managing the team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring development of processes and people. Ensuring adherence to all legislative and compliance requirements
  • ensure the office is stocked of refreshments along with management of stationery orders and ad hoc supplies
  • cost analysis of all facilities related costs, prepare solutions for optimisation and cost reduction on an annual basis
  • promote adherence to HC21 processes and procedures to support consistency and quality of work
  • ensure the optimal layout of the warehouses along with effective logistical strategy to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the warehouse team
  • promote a close working relationship with other departments across the HC21 Group
  • owner of the site’s maintenance schedule, managing maintenance contracts along with ad hoc maintenance requirements
