Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- oversee daily catering operations
- oversee all aspects of catering including, but not limited to, menu development, ordering, preparation, service, and cleanup
- ensure quality standards are met
- ensure that all food is made to La Scala standards in each area
- lead and motivate caterers during training sessions
- manage and train catering staff
- supervise assigned catering projects
- maintain a clean and sanitized dining room at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
- must be able to lift at least 40 pounds safely
- proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role
- knowledge of different cuisines
- hands-on experience with food production techniques
- familiarity with culinary trends and techniques
- excellent communication skills
- aptitude in problem-solving
