- we are a family run one AA rosette restaurant and cocktail lounge who can support and develop you and your career, you will need to have a strong interest in cooking and maybe have a little kitchen experience but full training and support of external training to gain your required NVQ qualifications will be provided to allow you to grow and develop in this position along with relevant hygiene training and levels one and two qualifications
- your role would start with some basic menu training allowing you to deal with starters, garnishing, desserts, veg prep and also tapas prep and service for our cocktail lounge on a weekend
- whilst assisting our chefs you will have the opportunity to learn and understand how to prepare and make all our desserts and homemade ice creams along with our homemade stocks and sauces as our kitchen produces most of what is on our menu in our own kitchen, leading you to eventually develop some of your own dishes and ideas
