Responsibility
- candidates will be required to dayshifts, evenings, weekends and occasional late nights
- we offer full in-house training with over 20 years' experience in hospitality training
- la Finca Eivissa is a lively Ibizan themed Tapas Eatery & Late Night Cocktail Bar also linked to Bar Bodega Basement Bar / Nightclub
- we are currently searching for a Part-Time Duty Manager , to work closely alongside the rest of our management team, maintaining the highest standards and helping run our day to day independent business
- the New Duty Manager must have strong leadership qualities while still being a key team player and take a very hands-on approach to management while working alongside an already superb team of individuals
- A passion for all things food & drinks related and a strong general knowledge of different cuisines and wines would also be a big plus
- the job requires a min of 1 year supervisor/key holder experience in a fast-paced Restaurant & Bar and the ideal candidate will have served time working in Hospitality in a Full Management capacity and be hungry to take the next step in their career
- our service style is very relaxed and casual and we bring an element of the Balearic Island vibe to our venues, so a slight knowledge or love for Ibiza & Spain would be a big plus for this role
