We are looking for a driven individual to join our emerging brand in the UK. We are looking for a passionate individual to help grow Erborian in the UK. This role is perfect for someone looking to progress in the business field. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and nurturing them to ensure targets are met.
The Brand
At Erborian, our mission is for our customers to achieve perfect skin with simple and unique products. We are a skincare brand that combines the most sophisticated Korean technologies with high-quality ingredients derived from herbs found in traditional Korean medicine. We also have our award-winning and now iconic BB and CC creams. Erborian is available in the UK through Wholesale channels offline and online (Space NK, Boots, Sephora, Look Fantastic) and through its own e-commerce website.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
What Will You Do?
Wholesale
Manage, nurture & develop existing customers in line with commercial goals.
Work with the Senior brand manager to deliver retailer strategy
Establish key relationships with buyers, and outline ambitions to improve sales, profit, and brand image. (Look Fantastic, Boots, Space NK, Sephora, and others)
Update and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts indicating risk and opportunities
Weekly analysis of retailer sales reports sharing qualitative and quantitative results
Administrative responsibilities
Process purchase orders and ensure flawless service and delivery to the clients, follow up on new launch sell in and OOS in all accounts.
Regular maintenance of the .com for etailers and B&M sites to ensure all product details, content, images and links are correct and up-to-date at all times.
