Responsibility
- carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including framing, flooring, skirting, architraves, doors, and bespoke installations
- work on roof structures, staircases, and timber frame construction where required
- install luxury kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to high specification
- work with other trades to ensure smooth project progression
- read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- ensure work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines
- maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- ✅ NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery
- ✅ Proven experience in luxury home construction or high-end residential projects
- ✅ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- ✅ Own tools and transport
- ✅ Valid CSCS Card
- ✅ Strong knowledge of modern and traditional carpentry techniques
- ✅ Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- ✅ Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
